These terms govern your use of thedigitalmarketingblueprint.com and the free companion file delivered by email. By using the site or submitting your email for the companion file, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is operated by Abhishek Ashtekar, founder of ZeroToAIMastery.com and author of The Digital Marketing Blueprint. References to we, us, and our refer to that operator.

About the site and the book
This site provides information about The Digital Marketing Blueprint, a signup path for the free companion file, educational articles, and a way to contact the author. The free companion file may be downloaded through Gumroad. The book itself is sold through third-party retailers under their own terms. Buying the book is not a service we provide directly on this site.
Educational use only
Everything on this site and inside the companion file is for general education and self-directed practice. It does not create a client, employment, agency, financial, legal, accounting, tax, healthcare, or other professional advisory relationship between you and the author or anyone associated with the book.
For decisions that affect your business, money, taxes, contracts, or career, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
The book, the companion file, the site content, templates, checklists, prompts, written text, designs, illustrations, and brand marks are owned by Abhishek Ashtekar or his licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are allowed to do the following with the materials.
- Read the book and use the companion file for personal learning and internal use
- Adapt the templates and checklists for your own work or your own client deliverables

What you may not do

- Resell, repackage, or redistribute the book or the companion file as your own product or as part of a competing product
- Use the materials to train commercial AI or machine learning systems
- Remove copyright notices or claim authorship of the work
- Use the book name, the site name, or the brand marks in a way that suggests an endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership that does not exist
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site or the file
Accounts and signup
This site does not require an account. To access the companion file, you submit an email address on the signup form. We record the request and redirect you to the Gumroad page where the free file can be downloaded. You must use a valid email you have permission to use.
Email communications
By submitting your email, you allow us to record the Resource Pack request and, where a connected email or download platform asks for consent, send relevant book or resource updates. If you receive non-essential email, you can unsubscribe using the option provided in that message or contact us.
Third-party links and platforms
The site may link to third-party tools, retailers, course platforms, Gumroad, social platforms, and other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, privacy practices, availability, or terms. Visiting them is at your own risk and on their terms.
Affiliate links
Some course, tool, or platform links on this site and inside downloadable resources may be affiliate links. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a course, platform, or tool is right for your situation.
